Oracle Apex All Application Backup From Workspace automatically

Hi all,

I am Using Oracle apex 5.0, Now i have more than 70 application in single work space. I have 3 Database more than 100+ Application.

I need to take automatic backup application wise or work space or any other way.

So kindly the suggestion to take the automatic backup.
