Oracle Apex 5 - How to get a signature via phone or signature pad to work?

Hello All,

I am in need to find out, How to get a signature via phone or signature pad to work in Apex 5. I have researched for plug-ins but it looks as though they do not work for Apex 5. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
