Oracle Apex 5.1 passing a parameter value to another page

Hello every one,

I have a parameter value in page1 and a button redirects to page2.

My Question is:

I want the button in page1 do both function:

1. redirects page2 (it does).

2. passing the parameter value from  page1 to  page2.
