Hi everyone,
I have a workflow designed for human approval tasks, where the outcomes are either "APPROVED" or "REJECTED." However, in some cases, managers may request additional information.
To handle this, I added actions in the task definitions to notify users when more information is requested and to notify the owner when the information is submitted. While this setup seems to work, the workflow enters a "Faulted" state when an approver requests additional information.
