Oracle Apex 23.1 sign up administrator issue occured.

Hi All,

I'm currently using Oracle Database 19c, Oracle Apex 23.1, and ORDS 23.2 on a Linux server running version 8.0.

I've successfully installed Oracle APEX and ORDS. However, when I try to click the Sign Up button with the following credentials:

Workspace: INTERNAL Username: ADMIN Password: my_password@123

I encounter an error message in the console saying 'apex.submit is not a function'. (No action performed)

I've checked that all APEX and ORDS components are not locked, and the ORDS service is up and running.

This is a fresh installation, and I've tried reinstalling everything multiple times. Can anyone help with this?

Note : Remember Workspace and Username not loading other than everything loading in the sign up page. If i click the sign up button directly without giving the workspace name

I did not get the error message : Please enter a workspace name
