Oracle APEX 23.1.4 TinyMCE Full Toolbar Plugin Problem

Hi,

i would like to replace the CKEDITOR with the new TinyMCE Editor but i need some additional Plugins.

When i use the Intermediate Option it is ok,

but when i use the Toolbar Full Option i can only see my Plugins the basic Icons are all hidden/gone.

Is this a Bug ?

How can i use Full in combination with additional Plugins (like image)

PS: Why is no Image Plugin as default available (like here in the forum :-))
