Oracle APEX 22.1.0 Date Picker Issue, Date Picker Item Not taking "29-Feb-2024".

Dear Oracle Apex Team,

Today 29-Feb-2024 date is not taking to my current Oracle Apex Version. When I picked 29-February-2024 automatically it is being changed to 01-March-2024. And Can't inputing todays invoice date manually.

Is there any quick solution for this issue? Pls help.
