I am trying to sign up for my Oracle Always Free Tier account via this URL

On the very first page, it asks for my name and email. After that, I click “Verify Email” and I'm supposed to receive a verification email. I am not getting email and thus I can't get passed to the next screen/page. I have tried for about 3 times today. Just not getting the verification email.
Anyone has this issue? Is there an Oracle support number I can call for help?
