Oracle / AIX Consulting Guru

Hi, We are in the process of migrating each of our Oracle environments to AIX. We have a good handle on Oracle and AIX but we are looking for someone who is a guru in this area to take a very fine look down to our system config / kernel parameters , hardware setup, and Oracle setup....

Anyone have any experiences with Consulting companies out there ? We've looked into burleson but are looking for others too.
