Hello Experts,

I have access Manager which is configured in the clustered environment and also OHS is in 2 Nodes. So we configured the OHS details in F5 Load balancer. We are mainly used SSO for Oracle ERP SSO Login.

For some activity, i down the OAM and Policy Managed server. Then i tried to access the Oracle ERP using https://ssourl/ebasuth_ABC/ssologin , then it throwing the below error

Oracle Access Manager Operation Error

The WebGate plug-in is unable to contact any Access Servers.

Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem.

it is correct it need to show the above error.

After that, i started the oam and policy manager managed server, but still the issue throws the same. So i down both the OHS nodes, then tried the SSO Application URL( https://ssourl/ebasuth_ABC/ssologin ) in different browser

. Still i am getting the same.

So i came to conclude that this issue occurs because of F5 cache or F5 issue. Because once both the OHS nodes down then F5 should display the page not found or some other error.

I tried the direct OHS URL , for that page is not loading. This is correct.

Here i am asking is , anybody faced this issue ? Any idea about how to clear this F5 Cache or something which is related to this issue.,?
