Oracle Access Manager integration with OVD/OID

Hello Experts,

We have an issue with error messages returned by Oracle Access Manager after below design change. Any input with regards to this issue is highly appreciated.

Current Prod:

• Custom portal is protected by OAM

• Backend is OID

• When user login into portal OAM returns response quickly.

Changes to Design:

• Introduced OVD ( OID+AD) for allowing both AD and OID users login into Portal

• When users type incorrct username and password OAM takes 1 to 2 minutes to provide error message back to Portal.

Any idea how to cut down this delay?
