Oracle Acces Manager and Tivoli Access Manager Integration

Greeting OAM/EBS Specialists,

After successfully integrating Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 with Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 (11.1.2.3.0) using Oracle E-Business Suite AccessGate (Doc ID 1484024.1), I came to realize that my

organization uses IBM Tivoli Access Manager as a strategic SSO Solution.

Therefore, I've been tasked now with integrating IBM Tivoli Access Manager WebSEAL with Oracle Access Manager to make SSO seamless for oracle EBS applications users in the company. We need

direction/information on how to implement this zero sign 0n solution?

Does anyone have any information on how to implement this solution with or without federation/SAML ?
