Oracle 9iForms: How to print all triggers/procedures from an Oracle 9iforms

I need to print out all the triggers/procedure from an Oracle 9iform. I opened an Oracle 9iforms in Oracle Forms Builder, then click on FILE/CONVERT it generated a .FMT file but I cannot see where the triggers/procedure codes. Please help!!!!! Thanks
