Oracle 9iAS installation

Dear Experts,

We are trying to install oracle9iAS version 9.0.2 with report server capability. We first installed Oracle infrastructure. After this we installed business intelligence. While installing business intelligence in the log it is written that Set report server to false. The report server part is not installed. In the home directory (j2ee) Oracle9iDS folder is not created. Please any one can help us in this regard. Is there any other method we need to follow to install the oracle report server along with business intelligence.
