Oracle 9iAS installation

I am required to (as our clients are on this platform) install Oracle 9iAS release 1.0.2.2.2 with Oracle 9i database. When Oracle portal assistant starts we give the connect details of 9i database. Note that I have changed init params for O7_directory=true, shared_pool_memory = 144MB etc. Still portal configuration assistant says insuffficient memory... Any clue how I should be procceding on this? Please note 9i database and portal is being installed on same machine iwth WIN 2000 server SP4.
