Oracle 9i Release 9.2.0.5.0 NAT problem

I have the following configuration:

Company 1:
Oracle database -> Intranet IP: 10.4.1.22

Company 2:
SQLDeveloper Client -> Intranet IP: 10.74.10.99

The Company "2" access to the company "a" using NAT IP 172.27.0.18.

Tracking the communication package at some point NAT IP 172.27.0.18 IP is changed to 10.4.1.22. So i have de error ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred

Searching for solutions on google, I found something about Oracle Connection Manager, which can resolve this conflict of IP.

Help me??????
