Oracle 9i RAC installation on standalone m/c

Hi all

I want to learn how to install Oracle 9i RAC on standalonee m/c ....

do i need to install vmware, if YES, then i am haing only 1GB RAM and pIV processor but VMWARE demands that is should be more than 2 gb rman and Xeon processor

pls suggest me for the same....
