Oracle 9i on RHLinux

I downloaded the Oracle 9i for Linux from Oracle download site and did the uncompress file and extract file steps mentioned in the download procedure and got Disk1,Disk2, Disk3 in my home directory. Next I am trying to do runinstaller but nothing happens. Do I have to any setups in Linux before doing runinstaller or what is the procedure. Please help. Thank u.
