ORACLE 9I OCA EXAM

Dear all

I wish to know more about the details of Oracle 9i OCA in developer(Pl/SQL) track.
What are the exams,cost,free sample questions and answers etc,I am also wish to know the training centers at Chennai.Since I am working as a PlSql developer in Datawarehouse project , is OCA helps my carrier?
