Oracle 9i Lite

Hi all
I am using oracle9ilite . I have the following queries

1. Is there any query to get the information form "MOBILEADMIN".CV$ALL_CLIENTS
which I came to know is a Mobile Server Catalog View. Where should I run that query.

2. Where will the trace.log and mgptrace.log located.
