Oracle 9i Licensing....

recently my company bought a firm, and they have a 9i with single server license,
this info i found from the license certificate. now my question is, is it possible to use the software for my company..? if yes i want to install it in our corporate office which is in another place and use by our plant as well as the corporate office ( i am at one of the plant ). whether it is allowed or not..?
and were to look for how many users license it has...?
