Oracle 9i Label Security and Oracle IFS

Are Oracle Label Security capabilities also available to objects (such as images, email, audio, etc.)
that are in an Oracle IFS repository? Can I secure down to the object in IFS as I can down to the
row level in Label Security or is Label Security only available to traditional database tables?
