Oracle 9i installation Problem - SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME OUT !

I am trying to install oracle 9i(Oracle9i Database Release 2 Enterprise/Standard/Personal Edition for Windows NT/2000/XP)in my computer. My computer configuration is as follows: Pentium III, 800 mhz, 128 MB RAM ( Win XP professional). After having downloaded the 3 zip files, I extracted them to D:\Disk1, D:Disk2 and D:\Disk3 respectivley. However, everytime I click on the SETUP ICON from the disk1, I get the following error message:
"The Java Runtime Environment was not found at D:\DOCUME~1\AKIFUD~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\OralInstall2000-01-31-02-19-00AM\jre\bin\javaw.exe Hence the Oracle Universal Installer can not be run.Please visit http://www.javasoft.com and install jre version 1.3.1 or higher and try again"
So, I searched for that javaw.exe file and it was already in my hard drive. So, I copied and pasted that file in the above directory mentionned. However, it seems like everytime I click on the SETUP icon from Disk1,it simply creates another folder with a different date and time(OralInstall2000-01-31-02-19-00AM). By the way, I downloaded the JRE and installed it,but it still does not work.
