Oracle 9i Installation on Linux

Hi
We have following server

Poweredge 2850 (4 cpu(3.3.ghz), 4GB, 2 hard drives A) 73.2 GB B) 293.3 GB with Red Hat EL3 kernel 2.4.21

Can you please give me list of steps to install Oracle 9.2.0.1 on this linux box.Can you tell me RHEL 4 is better or existing one(RHEL 3.0) is better in my existing environment?
