oracle 9i installation in windows server 2008 64 bit

Hi Experts,

I need to install oracle 9.2 on windows server 2008 the specs of which is as follows:

Hardware : Dell Poweredge 2950
Processor(s) : 1 (one) Intel Quad-Core Xeon 5100
Physical Memory : 8Gb
Storage Disk(s) : Raid 5 (5x146Gb)

Current OS : Windows Server 2008

Please inform wether its compatible with this server ???
