oracle 9i discoverer help

Hello all,
I am in the USAF and our aviation resource management staff uses oracle 9i discoverer as a browser for flight record information. My question is, since I have no experience using this application, can i use some kind of plug-in, VBA code or set rules to trigger an auto report on a member that has accumulated 50 events in a particular field?
