Oracle 9i client -> where to download it from?

I need Oracle 9i client to be installed on a machine here to connect to a 9i server. The machine on which the Oracle 9i client is to installed is a 32 bit Win 2003 box. I have not found a download in the archives that enables me to install 9i database client.

The Oracle9i Database Release 2 Enterprise/Standard/Personal/Client Edition
for Windows Server 2003 (32-bit) on the following website

http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/oracle9i/index.html

is not a complete install, but just a patch. Is there anyway I can download and install Oracle 9i client on a 32 bit Windows 2003 Server.

Any inputs will be much appreciated.
