Oracle 9i client for Linux download

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Oracle 9i client on RHEL 4 but having trouble finding a Linux installer. The only installer I can find on the Oracle website is the following which is for Stratus x86(OpenVOS OS):

http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/oracle9i/htdocs/stratus.html

Does Oracle provide a 9i client install for Linux anymore?
