Oracle 8i Support / De Support

Hi, Can any one from Oracle pls let me know when 8i databases will be de-supported. I'm hearing that Oracle 8i DB will be de-supported by end of 2003. Is this true?. Where can i find this information. I would appreciate the earliest response.
