Oracle 8i Full Outer Join Syntax

Can someone please help me run this on Oracle 8i:


SELECT
R.CUSTOMER_NUM,
R.SURNAME_NM,
R.FIRST_NM,
R.STREET_NM,
R.PROV_CD,
R.CITY_NM,
R.POSTL_CD,
W.ADDR_TWO_DESC,
C.RTL_CO_NUM,
C.CARD_NUM
FROM
RTL_CUST R
FULL OUTER JOIN WHLSL_CUST W ON (R.CUST_NUM = W.CUST_NUM)
FULL OUTER JOIN CUSTOMER_CARD C ON (T.CUST_NUM = C.CUST_NUM)

I only know the ANSI syntax. Whats the old one?
