Oracle 8i Download

Hi,

I recently downloaded oracle 8i personal edition and have been trying to load it onto my win2000 machine but does'nt want to work.
When i click the autorun icon it brings up the oracle 8i personal edition box and i can bring up the documentation but when i click to install the product it does nothing??

Can anyone help??
