oracle 8.1.6 with compaq 530, linux 6.2 optimized for oracle, result bug ora-601 ?

I migrate 8.1.5 to 8.1.6 to another server.

spec : Compaq ml-530
memory 1x1gb and 2x512mb
processor 2x Xeon800
o/s : linux redhat 6.2 enterprise edition optimized for oracle

but, when run always shutdown every 5 - 20 min
with error in pmon and smon (ora-601)

any patches i must installed ?

what should i do ?
