Oracle 7.3.4 Workgroup server on Windows 2000 Server SP3

Hi,

I have arrived at a clients site to install a win2k server to replace an nt4 one. they run a database that is using v7.3.4. I have tried to install this onto the win2k server and the install fails about 75% saying that "the Oracle installer was not able to stop and delete the oracle agent service because of permission problems- please make sure you log in as administrator". I am logged in as administrator and have full control rights to the local drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
