Oracle- 20 TB Database Backup

We are setting up a database and the size of this database would be more than 20 TB by end of Dec 2014. We are working on backup strategy for this database. We thought of using RMAN with Data Domain but RMAN will take around 20 hours to take the full backup of this database which we dont want.

Can you please suggest what backup strategy/technology we should we to backup this database? Please share your experience.
