ORACLE 19C and whaty version to download? Is 19.4.0 available somewhere?

Hi

I m trying to get the latest ORACLE DB (EE) software. Cannot find 19.4.0 to download from here. https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/oracle-database-software-downloads.html#19c . Latest available is 19.3.0.0

Searching Supoort site gives me a few more options for 19.4 How come?
