Oracle 19c 32bit ODBC driver now showing

Hi

I have installed oracle 19c 32bit and 64bit on windows 11 machine but the 32bit is not showing within ODBC (32) connections.

I have gone to c:\windows\sysWOW64\odbcad32.exe and ran as administrator, but the driver doesn't seem to be showing for 32 bit, but It if for 64bit.

I have also ran cmd as administrator and ran through there.

Any advise please?
