- I've downloaded DB from here - https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/xe18c-downloads.html
- Installing it on Windows 11
- Installation is done without issues
- When trying to startup DB there are errors
- Also, there are errors in \18.0.0\cfgtoollogs\dbca\XE wich is I assume is installation logs

I assume I have issues because of ORA-00821 and as a result, installation doesn't go right.
I found that the issue may be because of the CPU and amount of cores on it (32 for mine), and sga_target calculated incorrectly and therefore leads to an error.
Could you please help me? I'm not that great with DB, so hard to figure it out. I've tried to install 21c XE but also got an error (though another one).
