I once downloaded ODAC file 18.3 from oracle website last year but want to re-install it the link is no longer available. The previous size is about 548k kb while the light version I see now is less than 100MB. I have used the light version for install and tried to connect to Report builder I get error ORA-12514. I dont have an idea on how to resolve this.
I now see xcopy version of 18.3 but have not used it before. I have searched for video's on how xcopy is installed but can't find one.
If you can provide link to the old ODAC file 18.3 for download that will help or clue on how to resolve the error.
