Oracle 12c Taking 90% RAM

Dear all,

i am very new to oracle 12c and very new to performance tuning as well. out production database is occupying 90% of RAM. there are hardly 10 concurrent connections in database.

i dont know how to check why oracle is occupying that much RAM.

below are my oracle configuration information.

Oracle version= 12.1.0.2 Enterprise edition 64 bit

OS version= MS Windows server 2012 64 bit

RAM aloted for SGA=12GB

Automatic Memory Mangement=yes

Please guide us.
