Oracle 12c report builder not opening

Hi All,

  I am installing Oracle 12c Forms and Reports.

For me Report builder is not opening.   It throws error like CA.dll no found.

and I started report server using startManagedWeblogic WLS_REPORTS

while checking url http://localhost:9002/reports/rwservlet/showjobs?

it shows error like REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server

How to solve these issues?
