extracted to c:\instant_client_12_1
downloaded: instantclient-odbc-windows.x64-12.1.0.2.0.zip
extracted to c:\instant_client_12_1 (the same dir from step 2)
via cmd: odbc_install
getting "oracle odbc driver with the same name already exists"
