Oracle Database Discussions

Hi anyone installed Oracle 12c successfully in windows 7? when am trying to instal, its not going beyond 2nd step. any help or tips would be welcome.

downloaded the software from oracle http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/enterprise-edition/downloads/index.html . extracted into single folder. then ran the setup as administrator but it failed. please see the screenshot of the error for reference https://www.dropbox.com/s/rckyi1leooqp1qg/12c%20error.jpg
