Oracle 12c installation failed

Hello,

I have a little (pretty huge in fact) problem on installing oracle 12c Etandard/Entreprise, if anyone can help..?

Sorry i wanted to add the txt files but can't, it's gonna be a loonng post.

Before i have to say that i followed the procedure of install from the first tried to those multiple failiures.

To describe :

I succesfully installed on a windows 10 os (first try), then in other W10 os, all the install stopped at the database create and starting of oracle instance.

(i tried with the database creation assistant, and the full reinstall/install)

I tried in 2 windows 7 os, and the same issue, but yesterday, after trying without any changing (absolutely no change), it has been installed succesfully only with the assistant of configuration.

if anyone had the same problem and can give me an issue, seems like i read all the way possible and try it all, but no one for me to make it running well.

What i tried to :

Make the permission 777 to the windows/system32/driver/etc/hosts.

I modified the host file bay adding the "127.0.0.1 localhost" and "::1 localhost"

Create a fix ip and added it on the host file like this "192.168.0.10 oracle12c oracle12c.techtinker.com"

Created windows user (admin and not) and desactivate the UAC before launch the database assistant. (Run as admin)

Desactivate the firewall and all the security who could make any dysfunction.

Downloaded and installed perl.exe and copied the files into the ..\app\OracleUser\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1\perl (error on perl.exe processus(I tried ^^))

Checked the environment variable size.

installed the Jdk 7.

Sqlplus /nolog with connect as sysdba or system doesn't log me in.

When i tried to generate the script (Creation assistant) it issued whith the same error message.

Configured the port 1521 first (failed) then tried by creating a new listener with the Assistant Configuration Oracle Net.

Configuration on install :

- Create and configure a database

- Class server and client both

- General purpose or transaction processing / Data Warehouse

- Single instance

- Tried with Entreprise Edition / Standard Edition

- Tried to create User by the installer and created it manually (both try admin/standard), choosed standard user and change the user to admin after the selection

- General using

- Creating as database container

- Auto/manuel memory managment

- File system

- Recovery and without both (file system)

- Same password for sys/system/dbsnmp/pdbadmin

On the procedure, the oracle database configuration make a success on the Oracle NET, but the database configuration failed.

On the error popup evoke a "dbhome_1\rdbms\admin\dbmssml0.sql" who is empty.

The pol-1400:5500/em URL return a ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED (if it can be useful)

If someone can give any outcome..?

I join the error logs files to the message. (to long for a post)

Try on Windows 7 Ultimate/Pro, 10 Family, 8.1, 6Go of RAM min.
