Oracle 12c Forms Timezone Support

Dear All,

We are having a server in India and its time zone is GMT+5:30. My clients are running in Saudi Arabia and its time zone is GMT+3.

I will change these parameter in environment variable FORMS_DATETIME_LOCAL_TZ . But I don't get correct one.

Forms :::::::::::::::::::: 12.2.1.2.0

Database :::::::::::::::::::: 12.1.0
