oracle 12C forms report queue not working

dear sir,

i m installed oracle 12c forms using oracle base . everything working fine when i open the report queue it throws the error like "REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server rep_wls_reports_roadmap failed to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/RWException:1.0"

please do the need ful
