Oracle 12c Forms and Reports Installation On Windows

While Installing Oracle 12c as per given instruction got stuck at running the command config.cmd where as per the instruction it shows that I have to select but I don't see any of these options on the screen . Kindly suggest .

Oracle reports server - 12.2.1 [reports server component]

Oracle report bridge - 12.2.1 [reports bridge component]

oracle report application - 12.2.1 [reports]

oracle reports tools - 12.2.1 [ reports toos component]

oracle http server (collocated) - 12.2.1 [OHS]

oracle forms - 12.2.1 [forms]
