Dear Friends

How to create the Indented Form in Oracle 12c Oracle Procedure Builder V12.2.1.3.0 - Production.

in the indented form there will be the following fiedsl:

Parent Item | Child Item | Produced qty | Consumed Qty | Ratio

Form should look like this
