Oracle 12c EM Express not working for https

Hi,

I have installed oracle 12c SE2 standard edition on windows server 2012R2 and configure EM express with port 5500 during installation.

But while accessing it with https port I am getting error as page can not be displayed.

https://<host IP>:5500/em

Alternatively :I have configure it for http port 5501 as below.

EXEC DBMS_XDB_CONFIG.sethttpport(5501);

now I am able to access it with http url http://<host IP>:5501/em

Please suggest why its not working for https ?
