Oracle 12c Database on Workstation Developer Machine

Hi Experts,

I wants to Install and create a Database on Workstation Machine. I have Downloaded the Oracle 12c Standard Edition Setup files.

But as i am working on a Workstation Machine running on Windows 7 64 Bit Enterprise Edition, i cannot start the "Server" Service.

i want only "Standard Edition" of Oracle, As it was working for me for Oracle Version 10g.

Please guide, Also let me know if i need to download the altogether different Setup of 12c.
