Hi there!
Oracle 12c Standard Edition 2 uses 100% of CPU. DB works too slow. EM shows that tablespace "users" is 2TB total, 200GB used and 1TB free. Something definitely went wrong. Additionally, data was restored from dump of working instance without any problem.
OS: Windows 2012 x64;
CPU count installed: 4 Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5-4603 0 @ 2.00GHz (but oracle shows as 2);
AWR is empty.
Any idea?
